Admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2001, Ryan Isenberg is a seasoned litigator with more than two decades of experience representing clients in state and federal courts across the country. While he has built a national reputation for his work in intellectual property and complex commercial litigation, Ryan has also developed deep expertise in premises liability and personal injury litigation, having tried as many as 100 personal injury cases to verdict in Georgia alone.

Ryan represents victims and families in high-stakes civil cases involving wrongful death, shootings, assaults, unsafe conditions and negligent security at commercial properties such as apartment complexes, nightclubs and retail establishments. His work has helped clients hold powerful corporations, landlords and property owners accountable when preventable harm occurs due to unsafe premises.

In addition to his personal injury and premises liability work, Ryan continues to represent businesses and individuals in complex disputes involving trademarks, copyrights, partnership disagreements and creditors' rights. His clients have included international recording artists, fashion brands, film distributors, banks, private investors, and high net worth individuals. He has successfully pursued fraudulent transfer claims, uncovered hidden assets and defended major entities such as Sony Music, UMG Recordings, and Capital Records.

Ryan often supports the firm’s other practice areas with his litigation experience and trial expertise, specifically in matters involving serious injuries and catastrophic losses.

He’s a member of the National Crime Victim’s Bar Association, American Bar Association Sections of Business Law and Litigation and the Business Law and Creditor's Rights sections of the State Bar of Georgia.

Ryan and his wife, Jennifer, live on a farm outside of Atlanta where they have rescued and care for retired racehorses, chickens, dogs and a turkey.
