Harriet Isenberg and Ryan Isenberg just obtained a $12 million judgment against Great Dynasty Industries on behalf of their client, Chinese apparel company Pacific BePure Industries in the Business Court division of the Fulton County Superior Court. Isenberg & Hewitt was retained by Minneapolis based Dorsey & Whitney to assist in the prosecution of the case as local counsel. Harriet is the co-chair of the State Bar of Georgia Creditors Rights Section, and a member of the Commercial Law League of American and International Association of Commercial Collectors. Ryan is a member of the Intellectual Property Section of the State Bar of Georgia and the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association.
