Harriet Isenberg was recently re-appointed as Co-Chair of the Credit Rights Section of the State Bar of Georgia. Harriet has served as Co-Chair of the section for the last 10 years.
The Credit Rights Section of the State Bar seeks to provide learning opportunities for its members and to serve the needs of attorneys practicing in the area of collections and commercial litigation. She is also a charter member of the Georgia Creditors Council, which is a legislative group supporting creditors rights in Georgia.
